ABOUT PROJECT
Alanna is an app created to help people reconnect with their Bette self through mediations and multiple other healing practices. This app aims to clam people, a safe space for them to relax and rejuvenate, taking a break from their vigorous and tiring daily life. With a collection of beautiful tunes and valuable guided session, alanna will help the users enrich their mental well being and enhance their lifestyle
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Many people deal with mental health due to hectic schedule, workload and litestyle issues like, anxiety, stress, anger, lack or concentration, negative mindsets, depressions and countless more similar issues, Many people don't talk about mental health as it is considered shameful in india to have an mental health problems and to talk about or it not consider seriously or aren't comfortable to talk about it. Some who know about it can't afford therapy.
SOLUTION
The goal is to create app that helps people improve there mental health through meditation, mindfulness practices, customised session addressing there problems individually according to thel interest with quidance. The app will focus on every user's problems individually with content that will be customised according to interests. This app promote forming habits of healthy practicesDV guiding users their meditation journey.

RESEARCH
After some research, I conducted a survey titled mental health. The survey After my initial research, I conducted a survey titled 'Meditation Behavior Survey:. The survey consisted of a total of 16 questions, divided into 3 different sections, as per the categorv users would fall under. Tha categories being Users who have practiced meditation before. users who have not practiced meditation before but want to and users who have not practiced meditation before and they re not interested in practicing it in the future.

Sayali is a student. She finds it hard to focus on one task and is always worried about ow she's going to balance work and studies. She is unsatisfied with her everyday routine and wants to focus more on her mental health and physical health as she feels that due to her hectic schedule she has no time to take care of herself. She tried joining an online meditation course to help her with all her stress and anxiety but she couldn't keep up with all her stress and working hours. Her only escape from her busy life is listening to music. She just wants to focus and enjoy moment.

As a fresher is corporate agency is was hectic for Gaurav to handle deadlines.he started meditating when his friends introduced him to it, but he has struggled to be consistent with it due to his busy lifestyle. He is facing health issues due to being overworked and he want to change his routine to prioritise his health over everything else. He wishes to go multiple wellness retreats and connect with himself and nature. He is passionate about his job but he feels like his job is to draining and overwhelming sometimes.
